Mr Mahbub he is a supervisor of 5140 no bus. He is a bustard. He was born without his father. He takes passanger from roads and collects money from them by bargaining. He does not listen word from others in the bus. His behavior was like roadside dog. Besides that the service of shaymali paribhan was like mofiz. We should avoid shaymali paribahan.

Shamoli Poribohon should have central info center for their daily activities which will serve their own needs and passenger needs. Your present phone net work and displayed phone numbers are full of errors. Phone receivers are very poor and incompetent. No sense of mannerism and good behave. Company should employ some qualified or at least some polished staff to serve customer care.

Its totally a 3rd class bus service. I traveled Cox’s Bazar to Dhaka on 16 September, 2018. The coach took a lot of passengers on the road like a local bus. I lost my mobile phone and one of those local passengers took it away. I am saying all those things after being sure. Although it wont come to any work, I’ve lost my phone. just informing everyone to avoid this Bus Service.
