CarAidates, intend to apply into different disciplines of MD/MS Phase, Residency Program, may see the list of disciplines in the B5MMU website, http://www.bsmmu.edu.bd/
Application Fee and Method of Payment: 7k. 4000, (Four thousand, non-refundable) in favor of “S.B No. 0947101136920, A/C Examination Management & Misc Fund BSMMU, Pubali Bank Ltd., Shahbag Branch, Dhaka” From any Online branch of Pubali Bank Ltd.
Period of Payment
From 04 October to 22 October 2015.
Period for Submission of Application
From 05 October to 23 October 2015 (up to 11.50 PM)
Submission of Application (through online)
After Payment of application fee, candidate must fill the Application Form through online available at www.bsmmu.edu.bd
Candidates have to upload scanned copy of her/his color Photograph. (not older than six months). “Bank Payment Receipt” and “Signature”. Please keep the size of your color Photograph so that can be uploaded easily.
