RUET (www.ruet.ac.bd) Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology has announced their Admission for undergraduate for session 2012-2013. According to their Announcement the admission date of 2012-2013 session is
November 19, 2012
The decision was taken today morning at the meeting of Deans Committee presided by vice-chancellor Dr Sirajul Karim.
Their Vice Chancellor Dr Sirajul Karim took the decision 29 July, 2012. In an inaugural meeting he announced the probable date of admission into RUET for 2012-2013.
The Vice Chancellor Dr Sirajul Karim informed minimum requirements, exam and fees will be decided later at Academic Council meeting.

Ans: Application Fees for Ruet Admission is Taka 600.

How To Apply For RUET
(Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology) for 2012:
Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology is successfully running “SMS Based Automated Registration of Admission Test” procedure. All you need to do is to send your H.S.C information from any Teletalk prepaid mobile phone. Your information will then be verified by the results collected from Education Boards.
SMS Method to Apply in RUET for General HSC Students:
Step 1
- Students have to send a SMS from any Teletalk Prepaid mobile phone to 16222.
- SMS Format : RUET < space > First 3 Letters of Board (HSC)< space >HSC-Roll< space >HSC-Passing-Year< space > First 3 Letters of Board (SSC) < space > SSC-Roll
- SMS Example : RUET< space > DHA< space >123456< space >2012< space >DHA< space >654321< space >2010
If he is from Tribal Quota he will add TRI with another space
If the student is eligible then they will get a reply SMS with a PIN
Step 2
- In order to proceed the registration, students have to send another SMS (with their PIN) from any Teletalk Prepaid mobile to 16222
- SMS Format : RUET < space > YES < space > PIN < space > Your-Contact-No (any operator)
- SMS Example : RUET < space > YES< space > 123456 < space > 01234567891
600 taka will be deducted and Finally a Congratulations Message and the Admission Roll will be received if the Teletalk mobile contains sufficient amount for application fees.
SMS Method to Apply in RUET for Quota Students
If he is from Tribal quota he will add TRI with another space
SMS Method to Apply in RUET for GCE ‘O’ or A Level Students
He has to fill a form on RUET website. Details will be notified later.

Ans: After taking the written exam, within two weeks, Admission result of RUET 2012 will be published. So probable date of RUET admission result 2012 will be within November 31,2012.
